This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the creation and implementation of market entry strategies for products and solutions.
• Collaborating across departments with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes.
• Performing market, buyer, and competitive analyses to guide strategy, positioning, and identify growth opportunities.
• Establishing distinct positioning, messaging, and narratives that engage target audiences effectively.
• Organizing and facilitating product launches, which includes communication strategies, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Developing and curating content that supports the buyer's journey, sales discussions, and market visibility.
• Working alongside demand generation and account-based marketing teams to enhance pipeline and campaign performance.
• Equipping sales and partner teams with resources, training, and content that improve customer engagement.
• Leveraging data, analytics, and AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making, scale initiatives, and boost marketing effectiveness.
• Driving team performance, prioritizing resource allocation, and achieving measurable results across product marketing efforts.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B technology or healthcare technology marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles.
• Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that enhance awareness, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
• Extensive experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, product launches, market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
• Capability to simplify complex products and market insights into clear, engaging narratives for buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Documented success in cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, customer success, engineering, and demand generation teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in utilizing data, KPIs, and market insights to inform strategy and assess performance.
• Familiar with AI-driven tools, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, CRM, and automation solutions to enhance decision-making and extend impact.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence executives and narrate compelling stories.
• Experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and nurturing talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
