Director – Product Management, File Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a long-term product strategy for the enterprise file system portfolio.

• Define market positioning, messaging, and strategies for market entry.

• Propel innovation roadmaps that harmonize immediate revenue generation with lasting strategic benefits.

• Oversee the lifecycle of the product portfolio.

• Articulate product strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics to the executive leadership team.

• Foster cross-functional collaborations with Engineering, Sales, CMO, and Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 5 years in a director-level or similar leadership position.

• Extensive technical knowledge in file system architecture.

• Proven success in developing and launching enterprise infrastructure products.

• Experience in P&L management with accountability for revenue goals.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
