This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the product vision, target architectural outcomes, and a phased delivery roadmap for a comprehensive global platform replacement.
• Advocate for a “single global product, locally adapted” strategy: ensure the platform accommodates localization (taxes, currencies, time zones, language, region-specific regulations) while maintaining core coherence.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data leaders on architectural trade-offs; sustain conceptual fluency in APIs, integrations, and data flows to facilitate productive technical discussions without acting as the solution architect.
• Manage the entire product portfolio simultaneously: safeguard and enhance existing legacy products while concurrently developing the next-generation global platform.
• Lead the integration strategy and execution with third-party partners via platforms and APIs; oversee requirements and dependencies from start to finish.
• Drive product requirements for environments characterized by heavy workflows and extensive integrations; ensure data flows and partner dependencies are clearly delineated for cross-functional teams.
• Produce clear and well-justified product requirements and priorities; ensure Engineering and Design teams are equipped to execute with confidence.
• Define success metrics, launch criteria, and migration KPIs; monitor and analyze product performance data to inform evidence-based decisions.
• Mentor and develop product managers and owners; establish goals, provide guidance, and nurture a results-driven team culture.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 12 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, including a minimum of 4 years in a product leadership position.
• Proven experience leading platform modernization or transformation initiatives on a large scale, including managing a “run and transform” portfolio simultaneously.
• Experience in delivering products across multiple geographies with localization challenges (currencies, taxes, time zones, languages, regional compliance).
• Background in workflow-intensive and integration-heavy product environments; experience in leading API/platform integration strategies with third-party partners.
• Proven ability to manage small distributed teams in situations of ambiguity and evolving organizational conditions.
• Experience in the automotive, vehicle lifecycle, or related industries is highly desirable; expertise in the salvage industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Competitive salary
• Flexible working hours
• Professional development budget
• Home office setup allowance
• Global team events
