• Lead the vision for Ontic’s GSOC offerings.
• Oversee your team and contribute to delivering essential GSOC components.
• Conduct business analysis to facilitate discussions on packaging, licensing, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to effectively manage prospects and existing customer accounts, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Own the product roadmap for assigned products, which includes conducting research, setting business goals, aligning goals with product capabilities, building consensus, and obtaining final approval.
• Identify business opportunities to enhance the ARR of your products. When new opportunities arise, generate internal momentum and create a plan to maximize them.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for your products/modules/features, ensuring successful launches. This encompasses Marketing and Sales initiatives, along with Implementation, Customer Success, and Support.
• Seek out additional opportunities and develop proposals/plans to capitalize on these revenue growth prospects.
• Engage in strategic discussions with customers to guide them and gain insights. This requires active listening, empathy, and effective communication skills.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop a plan that guarantees timely delivery while meeting our partner’s business timelines.
• Convert requirements into features and user stories, presenting them in a structured format to the engineering team.
• Act as the voice of clients and internal stakeholders to user experience and development teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Utilize AI to enhance efficiency and quality in Product Management across all phases.
• Analyze product usage metrics and drive adoption of underutilized areas of the platform.
• 10 years of experience in SaaS Product Management, including 3 years managing complex products that depend on integrations.
• Proven experience in developing a product strategy and associated roadmap.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of new products.
• B2B experience, which includes working with Fortune 500 clients and managing customer relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong capability to lead cross-functional teams, timelines, and decision-making processes.
• Experience collaborating with India-based Engineering & QA teams.
• Proficiency in managing all facets of the software development lifecycle with development teams, including iteration themes, backlog grooming, story mapping, and user story development.
• Expertise in defining and prioritizing detailed product requirements.
• Ability to think strategically and communicate a long-term product vision, while also being hands-on to execute tasks.
• Capacity to proactively monitor, analyze, and resolve release dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through on projects.
