Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, creation, and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise products for Capital One Software.

• Construct large-scale, mission-critical business platforms aimed at addressing intricate data, cloud, and operational issues.

• Formulate and execute innovative product and pricing strategies for a range of lending products.

• Oversee and organize the delivery of business objectives, and develop business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Systems).

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management.

• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative focus (Preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech industries (Preferred).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Management Consulting (Preferred).

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management related to Data Management or Data Protection (Preferred).
