This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Take ownership of the 3V product portfolio.
• Develop and articulate the strategy for PriceEye, DemandView, Iris, the PriceEye Analytics Pyramid, and the upcoming AI-driven capabilities.
• Balance immediate customer obligations with long-term architectural investments.
• Lead the cross-functional product organization effectively.
• Oversee the product management team and coordinate across Agile delivery, engineering, QA, marketing, sales, sales support, and training to ensure cohesive execution of the portfolio roadmap.
• Create a seamless delivery process.
• Promote continuous improvement in transitioning from concept to production, aiming to move validated ideas from the drawing board to production within days.
• Identify and eliminate friction in processes, handoffs, and environments wherever they occur.
• Engage directly with the product.
• Utilize 3V products in practical workflows, assess prototypes, participate in evaluation processes, and collaborate with engineering on technical decisions.
• Maintain the technical credibility necessary to lead in a highly technical product domain.
• Uphold architectural discipline.
• Advocate for a clear distinction between AI-driven semantic capabilities and deterministic pricing systems during product reviews, customer discussions, and design decisions.
• Represent the product direction of 3V within ATPCO.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader ATPCO product strategy function, demonstrating the executive presence and conviction to advocate for 3V's perspective when product direction, prioritization, or technology decisions require it.
• Maintain high-quality standards.
• Establish and uphold the standards necessary for customer trust in airline retailing, where reliability and accuracy are critical for a product to become essential infrastructure.
• Develop the team.
• Mentor PMs and product-adjacent engineers on significant trade-offs.
• Recruit for both sound judgment and execution capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with executive and customer audiences.
• Translate 3V’s product and architectural decisions into clear commercial impacts for ATPCO leadership, shareholder carriers, and the broader market.
• Extensive product management experience, with a proven record of delivering products that customers depend on.
• Established success in leading a cross-functional product organization that includes PM, Agile delivery, engineering, QA, and go-to-market functions (marketing, sales, sales support, training).
• Technical expertise in engineering, data, or ML sufficient to engage credibly in design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
• Familiarity with airline retailing, GDS/NDC, offers and orders, or a similarly complex commercial data environment.
• A clear, well-reasoned viewpoint on the role of AI in commercial systems, with a commitment to keeping that perspective updated as the field evolves.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining quality and focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive and senior stakeholder audiences.
