• Establish a clear vision for our direction and rationale

• Convert market trends and customer feedback into successful product strategies

• Prioritize decisively based on the impact on the business

• Guarantee reliable, high-quality outcomes in collaboration with Engineering

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows, challenges, and value drivers

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies

• Recruit, nurture, and expand a high-performing product team

• Over 10 years of experience in the relevant industry (SaaS/software experience preferred)

• Strong operational capabilities to drive execution beyond just ideas

• Must be credible with both clients and engineering teams

• Should be a strategic thinker capable of linking market insights to product development and revenue generation

• Proven credibility with customers and leaders in the industry
