Director, Product Management – AI Platform & Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive the product strategy for SurveyMonkey’s agentic and conversational interfaces.

• Oversee the AI/ML platform layer.

• Develop and implement a phased strategy to transform our data corpus into a customer-facing competitive edge.

• Manage a team of Product Managers dedicated to AI platform and data products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building scalable AI/ML platforms.

• Experience in launching agentic products.

• Strong background in data, with experience in roles where data was integral to the product's value proposition.

• Director-level experience in Product Management leadership.

• Capability to collaborate effectively as a peer with VP-level leaders in engineering and data science.

• Proven track record of strategic initiatives that have altered directions.
