This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Take comprehensive ownership of market-validated ventures, ensuring full business accountability for designated product lines, including strategy, long-term growth, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement product and business strategies that align with company priorities and market opportunities.
• Create and refine product, operating, and distribution models necessary to transform initial concepts into profitable and sustainable businesses.
• Lead and nurture specialized product and go-to-market (GTM) teams, including direct management of sales and GTM resources that support the business.
• Foster revenue growth and market adoption in collaboration with shared service teams such as Marketing, Finance, and other centralized functions to facilitate growth and scalability.
• Serve as the primary business owner and escalation point for assigned products among internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, NOI accountability, and performance metrics for the assigned product lines.
• Propel effective go-to-market execution, covering aspects like pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch readiness.
• Make lifecycle decisions for assigned business(es), including prioritizing investments, scaling, optimizing, or making strategic pivots as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, general management, strategy, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of ownership of business outcomes, including revenue, growth, or P&L-related accountability.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully bring products or services to market.
• Experience in managing multiple products or portfolios simultaneously is preferred.
• Background in scaling early-stage or growth-phase products is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS, platform, or technology-enabled product environments is preferred.
