Director – Procurement Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute strategic procurement and service delivery plans aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.

• Create innovative procurement solutions informed by market insights, research, and expert knowledge.

• Manage the procurement delivery team, enhancing the practice, driving revenue increases, and contributing to the acquisition of new clients, customers, and team members.

• Lead and oversee the procurement, delivery, and services team.

• Supervise resource distribution and operational budgeting.

• Manage sales tools, resources, and training initiatives.

• Track service delivery and procurement performance using data-driven metrics and analytics.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and various cross-functional teams.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and sales architects.

• Ensure adherence to service delivery policies, procedures, and standards.

• Recognize and address risks associated with service delivery and procurement.

• Promote innovation in service and procurement delivery methodologies.

• Provide reports on service delivery, procurement performance, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.

• 7–10 years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, Sales, Information Technology, or a related functional area.

• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role is required.

• Advanced proficiency in strategic planning and execution.

• Advanced proficiency in cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Capability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

• Ability to oversee projects and ensure their completion.

• Willingness to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.

• Ability to travel up to 25%.
