This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing the business operations of the Program and Study Management (P&SM) function.

• Propel operational excellence, innovation, and ongoing process enhancement from strategic planning to execution.

• Manage initiatives, coordinate meetings, supervise budgets, streamline processes, allocate resources, and establish and monitor objectives.

• Influence the P&SM strategy while leading and participating in functional management activities.

• Collaborate with the P&SM team, other GCO functional teams, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and align strategies at both regional and global levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in life sciences such as medicine, nursing, biology, or laboratory technology).

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical or drug development within the biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO industry or a related clinical research field.

• At least 8 years of experience in project management and/or clinical monitoring or start-up activities.
