This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in pre-sales solution design and value presentation, elucidating the analytic aspects of FICO Scores products, features, analytics, and services to clients.
• Collaborate with Scores Sales Executives and Client Success Managers to grasp client business objectives, use cases, and decision criteria, ensuring a seamless transition from presales to post-sale execution.
• Create and communicate FICO Score solution configurations that are tailored to client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational realities.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and value-focused discussions with client stakeholders.
• Convert analytics, model performance, and score usage into clear business narratives and ROI stories for both executive and technical audiences.
• Assist with presales efforts across new client acquisition, expansion, and renewals, encompassing solution positioning and packaging.
• Contribute to pricing discussions by providing technical insights, usage assumptions, and considerations regarding solution complexity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Client Success to aid in RFx responses, proposals, and deal review documentation.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and relevance of client-facing materials such as presentations, ROI models, and solution summaries.
• Expertise in credit risk (US), consumer lending, retail banking, and analytics.
• Significant experience in presales, solutions consulting, and analytics.
• A strong analytical mindset capable of translating technical concepts into tangible business value.
• Comfort in engaging with both executive-level and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in client discovery, analytic use cases, analytic ecosystem mapping, and operationalizing analytics within consumer lending and banking.
• Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Product Management teams.
• Background in Consumer Lending (unsecured, auto, etc.), credit risk, or regulated financial services sectors.
