This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog: Decompose large features into manageable parts, prioritize them, and ensure they align with business objectives.
• Interact directly with customers to grasp their platform product needs and translate insights into prioritized backlog items.
• Serve as the primary expert for internal teams regarding product functionality, capabilities, and the implications of proposed changes.
• Work closely with R&D teams to clarify requirements, provide context, and assist in development and QA processes.
• Refine and validate business requirements for the Platform teams as well as other Cujo Products.
• Continuously evaluate the value of the backlog to ensure priorities align with both customer and business needs.
• Determine release content through discovery and grooming sessions with stakeholders and other product owners.
• Ensure the timely delivery of product increments by collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
• Align with product leadership to comprehend strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans.
• Drive execution within agile environments, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or Lead Engineer within the ISP sector.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to comprehend complex systems and business logic.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset capable of balancing attention to detail with a broader perspective.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
