This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Collaborates with the Pharmacy executive leadership team to enhance business strategy and development through insights and analysis.
• Holds overall accountability for the design, development, execution, and performance of Pharmacy programs.
• Conducts market surveillance to grasp market demands and client challenges, ensuring a strong and competitive array of Pharmacy programs, services, and solutions.
• Analyzes financial performance, forecasts pharmacy business growth, projects business pipeline, and models new solution value.
• Works in partnership with the VP of Growth, State Sector Leaders, and Account General Managers to analyze bid pipelines and formulate state strategies.
• Assists with state requirements through RFP and bid proposals, supporting the Pharmacy Center of Excellence organization.
• Ensures proposal requirements align with business execution plans.
• Manages and optimizes vendor contracts effectively.
• Champions key initiatives that support strategy, pharmacy growth, and business development.
• Reports on the status of key initiatives and aligns resources across the organization for the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
• Aids the executive team in creating growth plans and market strategies.
• Leads the development of strategic materials and presentations.
• Conducts analysis to support business development projects and key initiatives from senior leadership.
• Provides analytical support for Pharmacy segment P&L management.
• Assists the Pharmacy executive team with strategies for optimizing Rx costs.
• Delivers analysis and support for business cases related to new investments.
• Facilitates the development of third-party business opportunities.
• Directs industry relations and partnerships to support GainwellRx.
• Acts as an industry expert for GainwellRx, engaging with external clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Collaborates with account teams, sales teams, product teams, and various shared service functions.
• Innovates new ideas, partners with states to develop new concepts, and collaborates with teams to create models that support these initiatives.
• Possession of an advanced degree or substantial related experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in pharmacy-related roles.
• Key competencies related to strategic planning, communication, and financial analysis.
• Experience engaging with clients in the healthcare sector.
• Proven history of cross-functional leadership in teams and projects across people, processes, and technology.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with both external parties and senior executives.
