This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing People Data & Insights team.
• Manage the enterprise employee listening strategy, ensuring strategic communication of survey themes to senior leadership and the wider organization.
• Define and drive the enterprise People analytics strategy in alignment with business priorities and objectives for People transformation.
• Provide actionable, executive-ready insights that guide decisions related to workforce, talent, and organizational matters.
• Supervise the creation of enterprise dashboards, metrics, and predictive models.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to integrate data-driven decision-making.
• Act as the sole point of accountability for People data across the enterprise.
• Establish, manage, and continuously improve a comprehensive framework for People data governance.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in collaboration with IT, Security, and Legal teams.
• Lead initiatives to prepare People data for AI applications.
• Define measurement frameworks, success metrics, and reporting for enterprise projects.
• Articulate the vision and roadmap for the People data and analytics ecosystem.
• Over 10 years of experience with extensive expertise in people analytics, workforce insights, and HR data.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading high-performing teams.
• Strong technical fluency in analytics, data visualization, and data architecture concepts.
• In-depth understanding of structuring data architecture, modeling, tools, and governance to enhance data readiness for AI applications.
• Significant experience in enterprise data governance and managing data at scale.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional transformation programs and data initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities.
• High level of judgment in handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
