This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the daily relationship management with designated pharmaceutical clients, including project management tasks, the identification of organic growth and new sales prospects, and the provision of continuous communication and reporting deliverables to key stakeholders.
• Offer subject matter expertise derived from prior industry experience during projects as necessary. This may involve various aspects such as operations, contracting, program optimization, SOP development, RFP guidance, etc.
• Conduct research and analysis as required to align with the strategic direction of projects, remaining informed about industry trends and changes while enhancing individual subject matter expertise. Capable of resolving and/or escalating issues promptly.
• Create and refine project deliverables and well-organized presentations of high quality. Deliverables may encompass executive-level updates, meeting facilitation materials, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, and contract revisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources on cross-organizational and functional development projects (e.g., workflow process analysis, system enhancements, etc.).
• Employ both strategic and tactical approaches to projects by providing guidance and leadership while also developing tools, materials, and other deliverables for clients.
• Assist in program design and development and/or optimization efforts.
• Lead and oversee client engagements, including meetings, workshops, and presentations, both virtually and in person as needed.
• Ensure the fulfillment of all client contractual deliverables in relation to project scope and achieve expectations for overall satisfaction.
• Comprehend the core program requirements/intents and effectively communicate with project and client teams, as well as external audiences.
• Provide structured problem-solving, research, and analysis with guidance; extract insights from analysis and draft potential strategic recommendations.
• Address and/or escalate issues promptly.
• Exercise sound judgment and oversight to maintain integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications while promoting Archbow's core values and leadership behaviors.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences, Marketing, or Business from an accredited institution is required.
• A strong background with a minimum of 7 years of industry-related experience is essential.
• Proven track record of high performance and consistent results, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, a polished executive presence, and the capacity to influence, including with C-suite client stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
