This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily client operations and policies pertaining to revenue cycle activities.
• Build relationships with clients, influence operational strategies, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Articulate organizational values and guide team members.
• Track bad debt, implement process enhancements, and assess client performance.
• Recognize shortcomings in client support and recommend actionable solutions.
• Lead program-level meetings and work collaboratively with leadership teams.
• Serve as a revenue cycle specialist and guarantee timely communication.
• Organize monthly client meetings to evaluate performance and initiatives.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in people leadership.
• Proven advanced application of AI for team management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• One certification per field (CRCR or another job-relevant certification).
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
