Director, Operations Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the operational conscience for AHEAD’s comprehensive operational processes.

• Provide cross-functional visibility, establish structured accountability, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Maintain a holistic perspective on AHEAD’s operations, encompassing issue identification and root cause analysis.

• Ensure that client-facing platforms are supported by accurate and consistent operational data.

• Develop and lead the Operations Excellence function from its inception.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in operations, process enhancement, quality management, or a related cross-functional leadership position within a complex organization.

• Proven history of fostering accountability and achieving measurable improvements across organizational boundaries through influence, data, and executive collaboration.

• Experience in establishing or managing a quality management function in a growing technology or services organization is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with B2B client platforms, order management ecosystems, or IT distribution/services operations is advantageous.

• Certifications in project management, change management, Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus.
