• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliated practices, facilitating operational transitions and their integration into the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams (value-based care, technology, revenue cycle, clinical, and analytics) to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and standardize onboarding procedures, timelines, and growth strategies.
• Work alongside affiliated practices to enhance performance in key areas such as revenue cycle, patient access, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage performance using established KPIs and dashboards.
• Identify performance gaps and initiate targeted improvement strategies.
• Promote the utilization of company services, including CVAUSA’s NSO products, revenue cycle management, care management programs, and ancillary services.
• Collaborate with practices to ensure services are effectively implemented and providing measurable value.
• Assess the performance and ROI of implemented services.
• Act as the primary contact for affiliate leadership, including physicians and administrators.
• Facilitate regular operational reviews and performance discussions.
• Foster strong relationships and align stakeholders around common objectives.
• Collaborate closely with innovation, business development, clinical leadership, operations, and functional leaders to create a unified affiliate operation.
• Offer insights to enhance platform offerings based on the needs of affiliates.
• Assist in the development of scalable operating models throughout the network.
• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or healthcare services.
• Experience collaborating with physician practices or provider organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, including revenue cycle and practice workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage various stakeholders and implement change in complex settings.
• Background in a multi-site healthcare organization, MSO, CIN, or PE-backed platform.
• Familiarity with value-based care models and/or care management programs.
• Experience in scaling operations across a distributed network.
