This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process across all business sectors, including operations, deposition services, corporate, and technical positions.
• Function as an active, hands-on leader—taking personal responsibility for a full requisition load alongside the team, particularly for senior, executive, and challenging-to-fill positions; this role is not limited to strategy or oversight.
• Engage daily in sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and securing candidates; collaborate directly with hiring managers during intake discussions, debriefs, and offer strategies.
• Evaluate, enhance, and expand the Talent Acquisition function, introducing structure, consistency, and accountability.
• Build, supervise, and nurture a team of recruiters (both internal and contract), clearly defining expectations and performance standards, and leading by example through your own active requisition responsibilities.
• Prioritize and distribute recruiting resources based on business impact and urgency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to outline hiring strategies that align with growth and M&A integration requirements.
• Propel enhancements in recruiting processes, workflows, and systems (Lever ATS), ensuring efficiency and transparency, including direct and daily use of the ATS rather than depending on team members for reporting.
• Establish and take ownership of recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health), leveraging data to inform decisions and accountability.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies for both high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, personally sourcing for critical vacancies.
• Enhance the candidate experience and employer brand at every interaction.
• Serve as a thought partner to HR and leadership regarding workforce planning and organizational needs.
• 5–10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including the leadership and development of recruiting teams.
• Proven experience in stepping into and enhancing or rebuilding a recruiting function within a high-growth and/or private equity-backed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong business acumen and the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches.
• Data-driven with a proven record of implementing metrics and accountability frameworks.
• Comfortable working in environments that necessitate change, clarity, and decisive action.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
• A collaborative and inclusive company culture.
