This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the sourcing strategy for WD-40's co-manufacturing network in the Americas.
• Manage the sourcing of raw materials within direct spend categories.
• Create and implement category strategies for a 3–5 year period.
• Oversee RFI/RFP/RFQ processes to identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers.
• Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with co-manufacturers and key suppliers of raw materials.
• Execute Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs that enhance supplier performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and sustain actionable continuity plans across the supplier network.
• Actively monitor market intelligence, geopolitical risks, tariff exposures, and commodity trends.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting of cost of goods for Americas acquisition costs.
• Lead and mentor one direct report.
• Minimum of 10 years of strategic sourcing and negotiation experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven expertise in sourcing raw materials.
• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with co-manufacturing or contract manufacturing suppliers.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing execution.
• Exceptional negotiation skills for complex, multi-criteria supplier agreements.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost modeling, budgeting, and P&L impact analysis.
• Servant leadership style with a focus on team member development.
• Bachelor's degree required.
