Director of Software Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of architects and contribute to innovative technologies.

• Determine ways to utilize AI across the organization.

• Provide mentorship to architects from a variety of backgrounds.

• Lead the development of our architectural methodology.

• Assess architectural investment requirements based on the product roadmap.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering Management to implement architectural initiatives.

• Articulate architectural projects and the vision for future technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on technical advancement.

• Significant experience in a Software Architect role.

• Experience in managing people.

• In-depth knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Expertise in cloud architectures, AWS, AI/ML tools, MVC frameworks, DevOps, scaling integrations, and service observability/monitoring.

• Capability to envision future technology applications.

• Proficiency in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate and advocate for significant software initiatives.

• Bonus points for experience with Salesforce integrations, Django/Python, and React.
