This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Proactively seek and capitalize on opportunities to enhance GradGuard’s comprehensive range of products and services across various campus departments.
• Assist school partners in effectively implementing GradGuard’s offerings, aiding the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that bolster our embedded insurance model.
• Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders at partner institutions, positioning GradGuard as a vital element of their student success initiatives.
• Create and execute innovative strategies within your portfolio to optimize financial results, concentrating on retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to champion the needs of your partners.
• 2-5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, higher education partnerships, or strategic partnerships, demonstrating a history of revenue retention and growth.
• Previous experience in the higher education sector, EdTech, or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate intricate organizations, identify key decision-makers, and discover expansion opportunities.
• Proficient in utilizing modern sales and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
• Outstanding presentation and relationship-building abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for campus visits, events, and training.
