This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement sales strategies that align with the 1HMX five-year growth plan, guaranteeing the consistent achievement of annual revenue, bookings, and margin objectives.

• Create and oversee a global sales pipeline with quantifiable KPIs for accurate forecasting and performance assessment.

• Increase market share in targeted verticals by identifying and securing high-value OEM and Tier 1 opportunities.

• Spearhead the creation of go-to-market strategies to penetrate new regions and adjacent technology sectors.

• Foster relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers at key OEMs, integrators, and strategic partners.

• Develop, mentor, and scale a high-performing global sales organization, promoting a culture of accountability, customer focus, and ongoing improvement.

• Create sales training programs to enhance consultative and solution-selling skills.

• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance value propositions, branding, and lead generation initiatives.

• Supply customer and market intelligence to guide product development and strategic planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Director role within manufacturing, electronics, or high-technology sectors.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-year growth strategies that resulted in measurable revenue and market share increases.

• Established network and direct experience selling to one or more of the following sectors: industrial, medical device, aerospace/defense, or advanced technology OEMs.

• Proven capacity to lead complex global negotiations, finalize multi-million-dollar agreements, and manage extended sales cycles.

• Strong financial acumen with the capability to oversee margins, pricing, and contract structures.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
