This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and manage a top-tier global Sales Engineering team across various regions.
• Develop and implement the technical go-to-market strategy focused on Salesforce DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure release management.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to promote revenue growth and enhance customer expansion.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce CI/CD, DevSecOps, and release governance.
• Direct the technical strategy for intricate enterprise transactions, ensuring compliance with security, compliance, and audit standards.
• Over 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering within the enterprise SaaS sector.
• More than 5 years of experience leading global teams, including second-line leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and its ecosystem.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps, including:
• Git-based version control
• Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Automated testing and deployment pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to sell and support complex enterprise solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
• Experience interacting with technical and executive stakeholders, including those at the CIO/CISO level.
