This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage in over 500 customer conversations daily through text messaging.
• Transform abandoned carts and unresolved conversations into completed sales.
• Develop and refine the messaging playbook.
• Conduct A/B testing for openers, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Take ownership of your conversion metrics.
• As we grow, train and mentor the new agents we bring on board.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or high-volume customer-facing sales, with a proven track record as a top performer (proof will be requested).
• Exceptionally charismatic in written communication; your messages should feel friendly rather than scripted.
• Quick typist (70+ wpm) and agile thinker, capable of managing 30+ live conversations simultaneously.
• Proficient with modern messaging platforms and eager to adapt quickly.
• Ambitious, receptive to coaching, and competitive.
• Bonus qualifications include:
• Experience in the D2C / e-commerce / Shopify ecosystem.
• Background in retail (e.g., Apple, Sephora, Nordstrom personal shopper).
• Familiarity with tools like Postscript, Attentive, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Experience in early-stage or founding team environments.
