This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with upper management, marketing teams, and national accounts to set strategic direction.
• Establish and oversee partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.
• Convert national business strategies into clear, actionable plans for the territory.
• Negotiate funding agreements with distributor partners.
• Develop and implement incentive programs for distributor organizations.
• Execute and assess rolling forecasts on a monthly basis against annual plans.
• Utilize key consumption data sources to create fact-based plans and solutions.
• Manage key retail accounts and set up promotion calendars.
• Create innovative presentations for business and distribution partners.
• Lead, inspire, mentor, coach, and train a team of Regional Managers.
• Provide leadership in category management and offer marketplace insights.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales within the consumer-packaged goods sector.
• Skilled in Data Tools (SPINS, Retailer Portals).
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Experience in the Natural Products Industry.
• Established relationships and experience collaborating with key retail accounts.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.
• Deeply passionate about OLIPOP and motivated by our mission.
• Proven people leader with experience managing a field sales team.
• High emotional intelligence approach to sales and team leadership.
