This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
β’ Develop and oversee a targeted pipeline of healthcare facilities, encompassing dialysis centers, oncology clinics, specialty practices, rehabilitation facilities, VA facilities, hospitals, and other transportation referral sources.
β’ Engage in personal prospecting, outreach, scheduling meetings, conducting discovery, creating proposals, and securing new direct facility contracts.
β’ Foster relationships with practice managers, facility administrators, medical directors, discharge planners, case managers, and C-suite executives.
β’ Uphold CRM best practices, including updates on the pipeline, activity tracking, and revenue forecasting.
β’ Deliver weekly updates on the pipeline and monthly revenue forecasts to the CEO.
β’ Collaborate with operations to ensure that services sold are delivered efficiently, profitably, and consistently.
β’ Create repeatable sales scripts, outreach templates, proposal language, and a foundational sales playbook.
β’ Recognize future sales hiring needs as revenue growth allows for additional headcount.
β’ As the company scales, assist in building and managing a sales/business development team over time.
β’ Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in healthcare sales, medical transportation, NEMT, home health, senior care, or other service-oriented sales.
β’ Demonstrated capability to independently generate pipeline and successfully close new business.
β’ Strong sales discipline, including skills in prospecting, discovery, proposal crafting, negotiation, and follow-up.
β’ Ability to establish a sales process, reporting schedule, and performance accountability from the ground up.
β’ Existing relationships with healthcare facilities or a relevant book of business is highly preferred.
β’ Comfortable in a startup setting characterized by urgency, ambiguity, and significant accountability.
β’ Proficient in CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
β’ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Willingness to function as a hands-on individual contributor prior to team development.
β’ W-2 leadership position with clearly defined performance expectations and a substantial equity component.
