Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the DSD network throughout Florida.

• Act as the main liaison for the Pepsi leadership team across the market.

• Facilitate quarterly business reviews with both internal and external leadership groups.

• Lead a field sales team that includes Regional Managers, District Managers, Territory Managers, and Merchandisers.

• Cultivate a high-performing team within the DSD network to ensure top-tier retail execution.

• Provide mentorship and opportunities for career growth.

• Take responsibility for executing customer initiatives, launching new products, and running trade marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate in-market and support promotional efforts in key target markets.

• Meet sales, distribution, and revenue objectives within the designated areas for PepsiCo and its franchise distributor partners.

• Guarantee retail execution and the attainment of sales targets across all retail channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in field-based sales, along with distributor management in CPG; experience in DSD beverage is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI dashboards, and other data reporting tools.

• Strong skills in business planning, presentation, and cross-functional leadership.

• Must be willing to travel extensively overnight within the assigned market.

• A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.

• Must successfully pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.
