This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that Revenue's ambitious growth objectives are achieved through the acquisition of new customers.
• Collaborate with the company's executive leadership team to shape both short-term and long-term strategies.
• Engage with major strategic opportunities, fostering executive relationships and assisting the team in navigating lengthy sales cycles to secure new clients.
• Lead and mentor the existing sales team, cultivating a unified and performance-driven culture along with team spirit.
• Introduce discipline and structure to the sales process to provide the best possible customer experience throughout the sales cycle while ensuring accurate and reliable forecasting.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to achieve the aim of delivering market-leading products and service solutions.
• Work in conjunction with the finance department to implement improved metrics that enhance revenue forecasting and optimize resource utilization.
• Create best practices that enable the organization to scale more rapidly, meeting revenue targets and supporting KPIs for growth.
• Maintain regular alignment with internal stakeholders to drive significant impact across all markets and expand the business.
• You possess extensive experience as a sales hunter, focusing on multinational enterprise customers.
• Strong background in sales forecasting and metrics, coaching, and driving sales methodologies and processes (mastery of MEDDICC is a plus).
• Proven track record of leading and achieving substantial growth through revenue team expansion and/or enhanced efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the unique features of services and products.
• Proficient in defining processes, KPIs, and providing guidance for teams to follow.
• An unwavering drive to achieve results, with a strong will, motivational skills, and composure under pressure.
• Metrics-driven and process-oriented.
• An inspirational and hands-on leader with over 10 years of experience in the US, showcasing a history of leading senior sales contributors.
• Capable of engaging in complex IDV discussions to support your team effectively.
• Team-oriented, prioritizing what's best for the customer over individual or functional interests; able to build deep relationships and gain the respect of other teams.
• Strong, decisive, and action-oriented leadership style; able to make, communicate, and take accountability for timely decisions.
