Director of Sales – AI & Cloud Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Equip sales teams to effectively communicate the advantages and value of the IFS offering to both potential and existing customers.

• Ensure that both Installed Base (IB) and New Name (NN) sellers comprehend and successfully implement the agreed-upon sales strategies.

• Create customized sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that address client challenges and emphasize product value.

• Propel pipeline advancement by ensuring that opportunities progress through various stages and that deals are finalized.

• Oversee and monitor CQ and CQ+1 forecasts, ensuring they align with the revenue targets established by the VP.

• Analyze sales metrics to evaluate success and pinpoint areas needing improvement.

• Generate regular performance reports and forecasts for the VP and senior management.

• Collaborate with regional teams to implement target-market priorities and synchronize sales efforts accordingly.

• Partner with global and regional marketing teams to carry out impactful campaigns.

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, promoting long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and AI.

• Familiarity with enterprise applications — ERP, EAM, and FSM solutions is preferred.

• Proven track record in sales or presales management roles, ideally within the Microsoft cloud services ecosystem.

• Solid grasp of sales pipeline management and forecasting techniques.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.

• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Experience in working across global or regional markets, emphasizing customer satisfaction and value delivery.
