This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and implement the multi-year RevOps strategy for the Consumer GTM organization, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and revenue objectives.
• Build, lead, and cultivate a team of RevOps analysts and Salesforce administrators; establish team objectives, oversee performance, and create pathways for growth.
• Manage the complete administration and strategic configuration of Salesforce along with the wider sales technology ecosystem.
• Develop and sustain the data infrastructure and reporting framework that facilitates executive-level insights into sales performance, funnel health, and operational KPIs.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or a similar domain.
• A minimum of 4 years leading or significantly impacting a B2C or D2C revenue function.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management, including mentoring analysts and senior individual contributors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex business requirements across CRM and Sales Enablement platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities; proficient in SQL and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
