This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of both sales and marketing initiatives for the organization.
• Conduct all introductory and discovery conversations with incoming prospects.
• Lead strategy discussions and present pitches.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Address objections, manage follow-ups, create proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, an objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Manage and execute our internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Formulate and implement our extensive marketing strategy, which encompasses content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company’s brand to draw in larger and more established clients.
• Create or oversee the development of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Approach branding with a holistic perspective, understanding how advertising integrates into a broader growth strategy.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B closing (not just appointment setting or lead qualification).
• Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market clients.
• Practical experience in running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or a solid understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable functioning as an independent contributor across both sales and marketing domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Competitive base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (with an OTE of approximately $150,000).
