Director of Research and Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee qualitative, quantitative, cultural, and secondary research projects.

• Design and execute comprehensive research programs (surveys, focus groups, interviews, online communities, stakeholder research).

• Facilitate qualitative discussions with varied audiences and stakeholders.

• Convert research outcomes into concise, actionable strategic insights.

• Collaborate with strategy, creative, digital, and account teams to enhance campaigns and brand narratives.

• Create measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.

• Evaluate communication effectiveness and offer optimization recommendations.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to expedite insight generation and analytics processes.

• Assist new business initiatives with research-supported narratives and opportunity identification.

• Contribute to the development of scalable tools, processes, and insights capabilities throughout the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in research, insights, analytics, or strategy (agency experience strongly preferred).

• Bachelor’s Degree or certification required (master's degree in a related field is a plus).

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

• Experience in health, wellness, healthcare, or regulated sectors is highly preferred.

• Strong capability to distill complex data into clear strategic guidance.

• Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities.

• Experience in developing measurement frameworks and analyzing performance metrics.

• Familiarity with social listening, audience intelligence, and AI-driven research tools.

• Strong project and vendor management skills.

• Collaborative, inquisitive, and adaptable in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Experience in implementing and utilizing advanced data tools and software (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
