This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a comprehensive supply risk map for all active SKUs in Haircare, Body, and Fragrance within the first 90 days.
• Act as the internal authority for final approval on all artwork submitted to suppliers.
• Oversee all technology transfers for Haircare, Body, and Fragrance from start to finish.
• Execute a complete audit of SKU documentation within the initial 30 days.
• Develop and sustain an approved formula library.
• Identify quality issues at the development phase prior to production commencement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across Target, Ulta, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Perform regular audits for GMP, ISO, and REACH at manufacturing and testing facilities.
• Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support regulatory and tech transfer operations.
• Act as the main contact for all adverse event investigations within the Consumables portfolio.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite regulatory research, SOP creation, gap analysis, and documentation reviews.
• Extensive knowledge of EU/UK (MHRA), Health Canada, and FDA regulatory frameworks pertaining to cosmetics and personal care.
• Demonstrated experience in managing technology transfers independently.
• Established supplier network in the haircare, body, or fragrance manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to handle complex, multi-SKU regulatory and documentation portfolios in a consumer goods or beauty context.
• Experience managing compliance submissions for retail partners across major US retailers (Target, Ulta, Walmart) or their equivalents.
• Self-motivated executor capable of creating and adhering to their own timelines.
• Ability to communicate intricate regulatory requirements effectively.
• Considers documentation a fundamental deliverable.
• Proficient with AI tools for regulatory research, gap analysis, and documentation processes.
• Background in adverse event management and regulatory reporting across applicable jurisdictions.
