Director of Quality Engineering – Growth and Corporate Functions Segment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute procedures to ensure that information systems products and services align with organizational standards and meet end-user needs.

• Conduct and oversee software testing to guarantee proper functionality and defect-free performance.

• Generate test data for applications.

• Document and address intricate issues.

• Update management on the status of problem resolution efforts.

• Propose enhancements to existing procedures and create models for potential future configurations.

• Serve as an informational resource regarding assigned areas for technical writers.

• Carry out complex workflow analyses and suggest quality enhancements.

• Implement new or revised programs and large-scale projects within the function.

• Support technical and operational procedures and processes.

• Execute strategic plans and drive the achievement of goals and objectives.

• Enhance performance and contribute to the function's strategy.

• Lead and mentor a team of associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.

• Extensive experience in the information technology sector.

• Proven track record in leading and developing a team of associates.

• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies.

• Successful history of spearheading quality improvement initiatives.

• Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) certification.

• Strong commitment to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Master's degree in a technology field is preferred.

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required for home or hybrid home/office work.
