Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance autonomous AI agents to assist in every phase of the testing and QA lifecycle.

• Develop and sustain automated tests for existing and forthcoming features, utilizing AI for self-healing capabilities and scenario generation.

• Conduct strategic manual testing on new features as needed to guarantee an optimal end-user experience.

• Suggest ongoing enhancements to development methodologies, QA processes, and the release pipeline.

• Ensure QA process documentation remains clear, concise, and current.

• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team and other departments, engaging in meetings and development rituals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• An AI-native mindset with a strong enthusiasm for resolving challenges through Artificial Intelligence.

• Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), Postman, and programming fundamentals.

• Basic understanding of databases and test automation frameworks/tools.

• Basic proficiency in English, with a willingness to improve.

• Proactive attitude, outstanding communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt dynamically to agile deadlines and deliverables.

• Plus: previous experience in Software Development or as a QA Analyst.

• Plus: knowledge of Claude Code, Codex/Cursor, or other agent-based development tools.

• Plus: familiarity with object-oriented programming languages, design patterns, and Model-View-Controller (MVC) principles.

• Plus: significant experience with test automation frameworks and processes.
