This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

• Direct and supervise the execution of implementation programs, including large-scale supply chain initiatives.

• Lead intricate programs/projects and coordinate the activities of all cross-functional teams.

• Accountable for the design and execution of strategic programs that support transformation initiatives.

• Ensure program adherence to Program Management methodologies and best practices.

• Serve as the 'face of the program' and convey objectives to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and manage program risks, ensuring smooth execution and ongoing success.

• Establish and enforce clear accountability throughout the Program.

• Monitor Program progress and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Accurately define projects and workstreams necessary to achieve overall program objectives.

• Conduct complex analytical tasks that align with program goals.

• Proactively address issues to maintain Program momentum.

• Implement comprehensive tracking systems for real-time insights into progress, risks, and KPIs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• PMI/PMP Certification is highly desirable.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong proficiency in Program/Project Management.

• Significant experience in the supply chain/logistics industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong management capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Experienced in managing a culturally diverse workforce.

• Proficient in utilizing project management tools.

• Experience in financial analysis is required.

• Lean Six Sigma experience and certification are preferred.
