📋 Description

• Spearhead product strategy for ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) applications across Kepler's platform, payload, and space infrastructure services, facilitating real-time data relay, tasking, and delivery for both defense and commercial clientele.

• Establish and expand comprehensive ISR product offerings by merging payload capabilities, space-based communications, and ground/data services to enhance low-latency, mission-critical intelligence workflows.

• Propel the creation of ISR-centric solutions utilizing Kepler's platform for continuous connectivity, swift data downlink, and in-mission responsiveness across distributed space assets.

• Articulate and drive the product vision and long-term strategy within Kepler’s product portfolio, translating company goals into precise, actionable product initiatives.

• Discover new market opportunities throughout Europe and globally, engaging with government, commercial, and defense sectors, while serving as a pivotal voice of the customer to incorporate feedback into product development.

• Manage and uphold integrated roadmaps for Kepler’s four product lines, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic priorities.

• Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term innovation objectives.

• Guide prioritization decisions based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact considerations.

• Ensure coherence across products, avoiding silos and maximizing platform utilization.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, solutions architects, sales, and commercial operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Lead cross-functional planning efforts, including quarterly and annual product planning, and work alongside go-to-market teams to guarantee successful launches and adoption.

• Oversee the execution process from concept to launch and iteration, establishing clear success metrics for each product line.

• Ensure timely delivery while managing risks in a highly technical, integrated hardware-software environment.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders in Europe, Canada, and the US.

• Represent Kepler at industry events, conferences, and customer interactions, while monitoring competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

• Assist in scaling product processes and best practices as Kepler continues to grow.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

• Experience working with a diverse range of Canadian, US, and European commercial and defense clients, regulators, or markets.

• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios or multiple product lines.

• Strong history of developing and implementing product roadmaps in technical fields.

• Experience in the space, satellite, defense, or deep tech industries.

• Demonstrated capability to operate cross-functionally within global, distributed teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity across teams.

• Willingness to travel 15-25% within Europe and North America, as well as travel to Kepler HQ in Toronto.
