This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of market strategy and positioning.

• Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas through comprehensive market research and customer interviews.

• Position our platform with a focus on enhancing our competitive differentiation and value proposition.

• Collaborate with product management to establish our roadmap informed by competitive intelligence, market sizing, and customer insights.

• Lead the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

• Manage the complete GTM strategy for new product launches, feature updates, and market expansions.

• Create the "launch playbook" to ensure consistency and impactful messaging across all internal and external platforms.

• Define and evolve pricing and packaging for both new and existing capabilities.

• Drive sales enablement initiatives.

• Provide the sales team with battlecards, pitch decks, and case studies to expedite the sales cycle and enhance win rates.

• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to analyze win/loss data, identifying gaps in our narrative or product-market alignment.

• Train customer-facing teams on new messaging to ensure a cohesive voice in the market.

• Shape campaign strategies.

• Work in conjunction with Demand Generation to ensure campaign offers and content are grounded in solid product positioning.

• Collaborate closely with Content Marketing to produce authoritative thought leadership that enhances brand credibility.

• Serve as the "voice of the customer" in executive GTM planning and forecasting.

• Build and mentor a talented team.

• Recruit highly skilled Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) who are eager to thrive in a rapidly growing business environment.

• Integrate AI-first thinking into every aspect of our team and processes.

• Support and mentor team members both within and outside your team.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.

• 7+ years of overall marketing experience.

• Demonstrated success in driving strategic impact and revenue growth within a B2B SaaS company.

• Practical experience with AI tools.

• Strong capability to collaborate with product teams on roadmap and product strategy.

• Experience in building and inspiring high-performing teams.
