Director of Product Management – Infrastructure & Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product strategy for infrastructure, software enablement, and our innovative customer-facing platform interfaces - acting as the vital link between intricate technical decisions and the customer outcomes they facilitate.

• Develop and lead a team of senior product managers, fostering an environment that empowers them to excel in their roles, refine their skills, and feel genuinely supported while navigating complex, cross-functional challenges.

• Create a transparent prioritization framework that the entire organization can rely on - ensuring that trade-offs are evident, decisions are understandable, and the path forward is clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with development and design teams, effectively dividing responsibilities while prioritizing security, compliance, and customer experience in all aspects of the work.

• Simplify technical complexities into clear, actionable narratives for business leaders - ensuring that the significance of platform initiatives is recognized, funded, and celebrated alongside more prominent feature developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant product management experience, including over 5 years in roles leading and developing PM teams - preferably as a Director, Senior Director, or VP of Product within a technically advanced SaaS organization.

• Proven experience across the entire range of platform and product activities - from infrastructure and developer tools to customer-facing interfaces.

• Strong technical proficiency - sufficient to guide senior PMs working on cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and core services, and to engage credibly with senior engineering leaders without requiring translation.

• Outstanding communication abilities, particularly in translating technical intricacies into clear, actionable insights for executives, cross-functional partners, and customers - this is an essential requirement for the role.

• A well-defined prioritization philosophy that emphasizes transparency and collaboration, complemented by strong business acumen, customer empathy, and the humility that makes senior leaders approachable.
