• Define and lead the product strategy for the Data Streaming component of our platform.
• Collaborate with customers, our sales team, and the partners & alliances team to uncover key integration opportunities.
• Take ownership of the product scope and sequencing for the next-generation Core Broker.
• Promote AX as a premier design target alongside UX and DX.
• Comprehend how Streaming integrates with PLG and SLG, making intentional choices regarding market competition.
• Drive quantifiable business outcomes across metrics such as adoption, usage, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate value through data-driven storytelling to stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to ensure technical feasibility and superior delivery.
• Collaborate with GTM organizations including Sales, Customer Success/Support, Alliances, and Product Marketing.
• Advocate for customer needs by presenting capabilities in terms of outcomes and priorities.
• Validate product-market fit through ongoing discovery and feedback loops.
• 8–15 years of overall work experience, with a substantial portion in product management or consulting.
• Proven track record with established enterprise infrastructure products at a significant stage of maturity.
• Data-driven product development: demonstrated success in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods to inform product decisions.
• Budget and resource management: experience in allocating resources across teams and adhering to budget constraints.
• Message-oriented middleware and event-driven architectures: extensive familiarity as a Product Manager or practitioner with MQTT and/or platforms such as Kafka, Solace, RabbitMQ.
• Significant experience with operational technology environments: familiarity with PLC communication, OPC-UA, Modbus, SCADA, MES.
• Understanding of how manufacturers instrument facilities, manage device fleets, and transfer operational data from edge to cloud.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including leading distributed teams across different geographies and time zones.
