This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement product strategy, vision, and roadmap that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
• Mentor and guide an Associate Product Manager, emphasizing clear ownership and accountability.
• Facilitate delivery across multiple agile teams, ensuring promptness, quality, and alignment.
• Adopt AI-driven and agentic development practices (such as AI-assisted requirements, prototyping, testing, and QA) to enhance velocity and quality.
• Recognize and prioritize AI opportunities within center management workflows (billing, enrollment, staffing, and family engagement) to alleviate administrative burdens.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to leverage AI capabilities for providing intuitive, high-value product experiences.
• Manage prioritization of features, bugs, technical debt, and AI initiatives.
• Utilize data, analytics, and experimentation to steer decisions and enhance product performance.
• Engage with customers to validate solutions and maintain a thorough understanding of user needs.
• Convey strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Spearhead successful product launches that demonstrate clear market impact and user adoption.
• Over 6 years of product management experience, including leadership of intricate product areas.
• Proven success in delivering high-quality SaaS products in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated experience in owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution from start to finish.
• Strong background in utilizing data, analytics, and user research to drive prioritization and decision-making.
• Experience applying AI throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance delivery speed and quality.
• Proven track record in identifying and delivering AI-powered product features that address real customer challenges.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with high-frequency SaaS workflows (such as billing and enrollment).
• Experience with administrative workflows, center management, or billing and payments is advantageous.
