Director of Product Management – Childcare Center Management System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement the product strategy, vision, and roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives.

• Mentor and guide an Associate Product Manager, emphasizing clear ownership and accountability.

• Facilitate delivery across various agile teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and coherence.

• Employ AI-enabled and agentic development methodologies (such as AI-assisted requirements, prototyping, testing, and QA) to enhance speed and quality.

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities within center management processes (including billing, enrollment, staffing, and family engagement) to alleviate administrative burdens.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to leverage AI capabilities for creating intuitive, high-value product experiences.

• Oversee prioritization across features, bugs, technical debt, and AI initiatives.

• Utilize data, analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions and enhance product performance.

• Engage with customers to validate solutions and maintain a comprehensive understanding of user needs.

• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and results to executive leadership.

• Lead successful product launches that demonstrate clear market impact and adoption.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, including leading complex product domains.

• Proven success in delivering high-quality SaaS products within dynamic environments.

• Experience in owning product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution.

• Strong background in utilizing data, analytics, and user research for prioritization and decision-making.

• Demonstrated experience in applying AI throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance delivery speed and quality.

• Proven track record of identifying and delivering AI-driven product features that address genuine customer challenges.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Preferred experience with high-frequency SaaS workflows (e.g., billing, enrollment).

• Experience in administrator workflows, center management, or billing and payments is an advantage.
