This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Spearhead the introduction of new products driven by market insights, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.
β’ Engage in customer discussions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend "jobs to be done," utilizing these insights to inform and prioritize the product roadmap.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment and shifting customer requirements, particularly regarding cashflow management, while promoting adoption and meeting business objectives.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales to collect feedback and bolster go-to-market strategies; represent the product in external settings and provide thought leadership.
β’ Discover new data, partnership, and integration opportunities to enhance cashflow functionalities and propel product growth and revenue.
β’ Work in tandem with various functions, business units, and partners to expand and protect the business.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in product management.
β’ Background in financial services and/or open banking, ideally with familiarity in cashflow or related areas.
β’ In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
β’ Proven experience working with both established and emerging products.
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector.
β’ Proficient in effectively engaging stakeholders at various levels, including Directors and VPs.
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
