Director of Product Management, Cashflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the introduction of new products driven by market insights, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.

• Engage in customer discussions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend "jobs to be done," utilizing these insights to inform and prioritize the product roadmap.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment and shifting customer requirements, particularly regarding cashflow management, while promoting adoption and meeting business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Sales to collect feedback and bolster go-to-market strategies; represent the product in external settings and provide thought leadership.

• Discover new data, partnership, and integration opportunities to enhance cashflow functionalities and propel product growth and revenue.

• Work in tandem with various functions, business units, and partners to expand and protect the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management.

• Background in financial services and/or open banking, ideally with familiarity in cashflow or related areas.

• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

• Proven experience working with both established and emerging products.

• Experience in the healthcare sector.

• Proficient in effectively engaging stakeholders at various levels, including Directors and VPs.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
