Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the product management team, with all product managers and designers reporting directly to you.

• Own and communicate the product roadmap, timelines, and resource allocation across 7–8 cross-functional teams.

• Oversee all product lines.

• Act as the primary product representative to senior leadership.

• Collaborate closely with incoming engineering directors and engineering managers to align on roadmaps and delivery.

• Write roadmaps, design documents, and product requirement documents (PRDs) directly—our leaders are creators, not just managers.

• Drive AI adoption within the product management team: every product manager should have a proper AI workflow, and no PRD should be created from scratch.

• Challenge leadership when you believe adjustments to the roadmap are necessary, supported by data and clear reasoning.

• Advocate for bottom-up product development while executing top-down priorities.

• AI is integrated into all aspects of our work. The ideal candidate will be genuinely enthusiastic about discussing their personal and professional AI setups in detail.

• A hands-on leader who writes PRDs and manages products from inception to completion rather than delegating details.

• Experience with B2B platforms, particularly in areas related to data pipelines and AI-driven tools.
