Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The PM team: Mentor, guide, and expand a group of three already-strong PMs — and recruit additional members as we scale.

• Prioritization: Take ownership of the growth, retention, and profitability trade-offs on a unified roadmap — determining what gets developed, what is deferred, and what is discontinued.

• Multi-service strategy: Transform one validated vertical into a scalable playbook across various services, designing a cohesive experience for both customers and Pros.

• Agent-native direction: Control the integration of AI and agents in our developments — for our team, our customers, and our Pros.

• Cross-functional partnership: Serve as the product leader whom the entire company relies upon to make informed decisions.
