• Establish the vision, strategy, and implementation for products that assist homebuyers in exploring and configuring their residences.
• Direct product initiatives within Estimate and Showroom, crafting interconnected experiences that enhance buyer confidence, operational efficiency, and business results.
• Build and oversee a robust team of product managers within this portfolio.
• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Showroom and Estimate.
• Design the comprehensive experience that aids homebuyers in selecting and configuring their homes while empowering builders to generate estimates and make faster decisions.
• Guide the integration of AI throughout the buyer journey.
• Manage key metrics related to the buyer journey, with responsibility for conversion rates, engagement, and product adoption.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to comprehend market demands and validate new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop product managers, contributing to the establishment of a strong product organization.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including leading multiple product areas or teams.
• More than 4 years of experience in people management, including coaching and developing product managers.
• A proven history of delivering products that yield measurable business outcomes across customer experience, operations, or commerce workflows.
• Combine strong product thinking with sound design judgment, ensuring that experiences are effective, scalable, intuitive, cohesive, and of high quality.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams encompassing Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM partners.
• Strong product instincts for both user-facing experiences and backend workflow or operational systems.
• The capacity to balance immediate execution with long-term product strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around clear objectives and trade-offs.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity, particularly where multiple personas, systems, or business objectives intersect.
