This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of Visit.org's overall product strategy, collaborating with the CTO and COO to ensure the efficient and timely launch and execution of products.
• Drive the product development process, formulate a long-term strategy and vision, and prioritize tasks to guarantee prompt and high-quality delivery of the product roadmap.
• Spearhead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative, global-scale enterprise products.
• Implement an AI-first product strategy by integrating AI capabilities into the product roadmap and promoting the adoption of AI tools to enhance internal product development processes.
• Foster a collaborative and dynamic team culture, proactively planning the structure, scaling, and development of the product team.
• Establish processes for your team, working closely with business partners to ensure alignment towards common goals.
• Become knowledgeable about our software, customers, and market, enabling the identification, prioritization, and execution of tactical and strategic projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as sales, account management, and marketing, to ensure their objectives are met, their opinions are valued, and that plans are effectively communicated.
• Define metrics that gauge the success of our products.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to inform requirements, features, and end products.
• Oversee Data Strategy to support strategic objectives.
• Guide the collection, processing, and interpretation of data from product usage, sales pipelines, and market research.
• Present insights from market research to stakeholders during monthly strategy meetings.
• Conduct periodic design reviews of major projects with C-level stakeholders.
• A passion for our mission and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world through technology.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
• More than 4 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, demonstrating success in delivering for enterprise or upmarket segments.
• Proven track record in defining and launching AI-enabled products, along with practical experience using AI tools to improve decision-making, operations, and cross-functional workflows.
• A history of delivering results while maintaining a balanced focus on both analytical and creative aspects.
• Strong data analysis skills, encompassing quantitative analytics and qualitative user research.
• Exceptional at transforming ideas and ambiguous data into clear outcomes, then developing the appropriate strategy and roadmap to achieve those outcomes.
• A passion for world-class user experience and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• A self-starter mindset, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
