This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Spearhead the formulation and advancement of Jackrabbit’s product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, company objectives, market possibilities, and the long-term direction of the platform.
• Oversee and direct the product roadmap process, fostering transparency about what we are developing, the significance of these initiatives, expected timelines, and metrics for success.
• Establish and uphold a clear prioritization framework that balances customer demands, revenue prospects, retention effects, usability enhancements, implementation efficiency, technical obligations, compliance requirements, and strategic product initiatives.
• Effectively communicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and priorities throughout the organization.
• Regularly engage with customers to gain insights into their workflows, challenges, objectives, and evolving requirements.
• Define and oversee product success metrics related to adoption, retention, usability, implementation efficiency, support reduction, customer satisfaction, payment adoption, expansion opportunities, and revenue influence.
• Collaborate with Finance, Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Payments to understand how product decisions impact customer retention, growth, monetization, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, data analytics, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in product management and product leadership within a SaaS or software context.
• Prior experience in leading and managing product talent, including direct responsibility for people management.
• Experience in developing and implementing product strategy in a B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, SMB software, workflow-intensive software, payments, or operational platform environment.
• Strong grasp of product performance metrics, adoption metrics, customer retention, user behavior, business impact, and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for candidates based in Charlotte or up to 25% for those outside Charlotte for team collaboration, leadership meetings, and customer engagement.
• Must possess reliable high-speed internet access.
